Quit talking about starting your day with an energy boost, thanks to your gyming session. And start hitting the gym whenever you get time! All our schedules are chaotic and different; our workout schedules also need to be different.
PS- While this is true in most accounts, make sure that your body gets the healing time it requires, so as to avoid burnouts!

This final excuse is for the ones who work out with all their heart, train like a beast, and then go on to feast on the world's best junk food. While working out is crucial for burning calories, making a note of the type of calories we take in is equally important, if not more. As we grow older, our weight loss journey becomes more dependent on our diets, and so it is crucial to avoid unhealthy food options that we know does more harm than good. You may not need to stick to the diet fad, but eating healthier home-cooked meals which are void of any chemicals and preservatives is crucial!
