It is national burger day today. 28th May is celebrated as national burger day in the US, every year. And we, the people of India would absolutely agree with the United States that burgers do need a whole day dedicated to them. They are juicy, tasty, filling and most importantly a stress buster, whether you like cheeseburgers or veggie ones, burgers are an important part of the life. But we'll all have t admit it that burgers are unhealthy too. Not only are they loaded with carbs “bad” trans fat. Right from having bun made out of processes "all-purpose flour" or maida to the deep fried patty and excessive use of processed cheese, most burgers make for an unhealthy food item. But what happens if you tweak a few ingredients that make your favourite food unhealthy? You get a healthy burger. Of course, you will compromise on your taste, but it will only be a tad bit that you may not even realise. Sydney Couple Orders Extra 300 McDonald's Cheeseburgers for Wedding Guests After Lavish Dinner as a Treat, and guess what I would totally do that too!
