It is national burger day today. 28th May is celebrated as national burger day in the US, every year. And we, the people of India would absolutely agree with the United States that burgers do need a whole day dedicated to them. They are juicy, tasty, filling and most importantly a stress buster, whether you like cheeseburgers or veggie ones, burgers are an important part of the life. But we'll all have t admit it that burgers are unhealthy too. Not only are they loaded with carbs “bad” trans fat. Given the fact that the ingredients used in making burgers are unhealthy, burgers have earned a bad reputation. Of course, you will compromise on your taste, but it will only be a tad bit that you may not even realise.
