Kim Kardashian West is one of the best beauty moguls in the world, and almost every single thing about her come under the scanner. However, this time an esteemed portal did a story about her "bad skin" and Kim Kardashian has chosen to address the writeup by schooling them. However, the portal compiled a story around her in which they mentioned, "It's no wonder the 38-year-old KKW Beauty CEO occasionally suffers a spot of bother with all the foundation and concealer she wears regularly," they tweeted. They also posted a picture of her featuring the visible bumps on her face from Keeping Up with the Kardashians star.

However, Kim Kardashian West soon responded to the tweet saying that "It's psoriasis all over my face," with a crying emoji. She is sharing what it's really like living with the skin condition.

What is Psoriasis?

An overactive immune system triggers this chronic skin condition called Psoriasis that has quite visible symptoms such as flaking, thickening, inflamed patches on the skin. The spots can be red, silver or white in colour. Usually, the scales develop on the joints, mostly elbows and knees, however, they may develop anywhere on the body. Sometimes they form on the hands, feet, neck, scalp and face as well.

While there are is no cure available for Psoriasis, there are treatments methods that can help suppress the symptoms of chronic skin conditions. Steroid creams, occlusion, light therapy and oral medications, may be used to treat Psoriasis.
