According to foods.ndtv.com, Kiara begins her day with a cup of warm water with lemon which boosts the metabolism. Kiara Advani breakfast meal consists of a bowlful of oats with fruits like apples, berries, strawberries or oranges. In an interview with a leading film website, she said that she likes to eat a bunch of sliced apples dip in peanut butter for her pre-workout snack. In the same interview, she further added that her lunch mostly includes, roti and vegetables like spinach, pumpkin and sprouts. Her dinner is not much different than her lunch; she changes a few vegetables and has fish as a part of her dinner quite often. Kiara loves to eat salmon, sushi and pomfret. She keeps munching on nuts, figs and walnuts in between the day and makes sure that she doesn’t keep her stomach empty for a longer duration. She eats her lunch by 12:30 and likes to have an early dinner.
