Fitness Tips By John Abraham

In an interview with Dr Priti Parekh, MD Internal Medicine, on her YouTube channel, John has shared some valuable fitness tips where he has spoken about his eating habits. To get the drool worthy body that John has, you need high dedication and will power. Make note of these tips.

1. According to John Abraham, consuming sugar in any form is the biggest blunder you can make when it comes to fitness . Refined sugar slows down the muscle-building process, thereby  reducing the fat-burning process.

2. John Abraham never cheats on his diet. He firmly believes that a fit body and a cheat diet cannot go hand in hand.

3.  The Paaglapanti actor workout like a beast and for that he consumes protein that is double than his body-weight. John Abraham eats around 195-200 grams of protein, and his major protein sources come from egg whites, fish, lentils and whey protein. Did you know that John Abraham is a pescatarian?

4. John Abraham insists on consistency in workout and diet, he hates people who take steroid for shortcut result.

5. The Bollywood hunk believes in leading a healthy, fit and active lifestyle, to him fitness doesn't mean having six-pack abs.

6. Believe us when we say that John Abraham last had his favourite sweet kaju katli barfi and an aerated drink more than 20 years back. This only goes on to show the sacrifices he made to get a ripped body.

7. John Abraham works out five days in a week and gives his body two days rest for recovery. He sleeps at 9:30 pm and wakes up at 4:30 am.

There is a famous dialogue of the actor from his movie Dhoom, 'Mere rules koi nahi todh sakta...main bhi nahi' and it seems like he stays true to his rules in real life too. The actor never smokes or drinks, motivating all his fans to eat clean and stay away from sedentary lifestyle.
