1. Compulsorily indulge in some fitness activity every day for at least thirty minutes. Try doing activities like playing football, badminton, to burn extra calories and help in fat loss. 2. Strictly avoid eating junk food, smoking and alcohol one to two months before your wedding. Also, refrain from food items having a high content of refined flour and sugar.
