Drashti Dhami's Diet

As per tipsandbeauty.com, Drashti, who's a Gujarati, loves Gujarati foods. However, she avoids fried and oily food. She eats light meals on regular intervals, which contain the appropriate amount of all three necessary macronutrients- carb, proteins and fat. On her cheat day, she loves to eat ice-cream.

Drashti is genetically blessed with a slender and toned body, however, it has to be maintained which "The Madhubala" of television does really well.
