Disha Patani hails from Uttarakhand. She started her acting career from Telegu movie Loafer released in the year 2015. In her recent interview with Vogue, Disha Patani said that she likes to lift weights rather than meditating and performing yoga at one place. Disha Patani shared her diet secret with Vogue, where she said that she is very concerned about what she eats. Disha usually has rice and chicken for lunch which is a mix of proteins and carbs and her dinner is enriched with high protein like a bowl of eggs. She further revealed that she is a dessert person and can't do without it. She admitted that she eats sweets at least once in a week, as it motivates her to work hard and maintain a fit body.
