Smelly socks have resulted in a man contracting lung infection in China. The unnamed person was taken to hospital after he had a severe fungal infection in his lungs. Reportedly, it was caused by his habit of smelling his own socks at the end of his long day at work. Earlier this month, a man died after coughing up part of his lung. Photo of his bronchial tree went viral on social media sites. The 36-year-old man with a history of heart disease was admitted to hospital with heart failure, but died during his first week of treatment.
