On the outset, Bianca Collins’ story sounds like the perfect tale of a woman exacting revenge on an ex-boyfriend who left her for superficial reasons. The 30-year-old from Leeds, UK, left heartbroken after her former lover of three years dumped her for being fat, channels her grief towards self-improvement and goes from fab to flab. But there’s more to Bianca’s story than just a delicious breakup revenge saga. She owes her perfect 10 figure to an unorthodox weight loss method – drinking strangers’ breast milk.

The 30-year-old who was slim in the early days of her relationship grew to a size 12 and weighed closed to 70kgs. Her sex life became non-existent sex and grew addicted to junk food like cheesecake, Nutella, white bread, doughnuts, chocolates, etc. Bianca soon discovered that her ex had been sleeping with someone else and blamed her weight gain for straying. She soon became depressed and reclusive after her partner’s infidelity. Swedish Glamour Model Eats 6 Kgs of Nutella to Achieve The World's Biggest Bum! (See Pictures and Videos)

At 70kg, she wasn’t exactly huge, but she admits to Daily Mail that body became “podgy”, a far cry from her athletic frame. It was only after her friend, a personal trainer, took interest in her well-being that she thought of giving fitness a chance. One day at the gym, the trainer offered her a pink drink from a sports bottle. He told her that it was a strawberry protein shake with breast milk! He told her that he added breast milk to all his protein shakes since it was nutrient rich and he persuaded her to also give it a shot. Convinced by her friend’s assurance, she bought £200 of breast milk from America and soon started adding it to her shakes. She says she was surprised by the taste. “It was sweeter than cow's milk,” she said.

She soon started replacing cow’s milk with human breast milk, adding it to her shakes, cereal, coffee and even spaghetti carbonara. And the proof, as they say, is in the pudding. After drinking human breast milk for 18 months, she has dropped to 57kgs from being close to 70kgs. She said she loved experimenting with new ingredients, even making mocktails out of the breast milk. Currently unemployed, Bianca has spent £3,500 on the milk.

But while breast milk can be an elixir of life for infants, it doesn’t have any proven weight loss benefits. Health experts even warn adults from experimenting with breast milk. There even exists a booming black market for breast milk. Fitness enthusiasts and bodybuilders have been chugging it for its alleged benefits – including improving athletic performance, reducing cancer risk and curing erectile dysfunction – none of which have been scientifically proved.
