Former Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar is a foodie at heart and the ‘Master Blaster’ makes little attempt to hide this fact. In fact, his love affair with food is pretty intense. The 44-year-old is a die-hard seafood lover, and he was recently at a restaurant, well-known for serving the best of seafood cuisine. “One of the more delicious seafood meals I’ve had in Mumbai. The spices were different and delicious. The food tasted very much like घरघुती जेवण 😜or homemade food. Will be back to indulge soon, The Harbour Bay 😋,” writes Sachin Tendulkar. Born and brought up in the port city, the former Mumbai cricketer’s words on seafood means a lot.

An ardent fan of Sachin would know the importance of food in his journey. As much as he loved shattering records after records during his playing days, India’s greatest player also loved exploring new delicacies around the world. In fact, Sachin on several occasions has admitted to being really adventurous when it comes to food. “He has tried cuisines from different parts of the world — Lebanese, Thai, Malaysian, Japanese, Caribbean, Pakistani… you name it, he’s tried it,” a report in mid-day states.

However, seafood remains his all-time favourite, of course after his maa ke haath ke khana.
