Some Tips to Make Perfect Choorma Laddoos

  • Make sure the wheat flour is not finely grinned but is coarse enough.
  • Use a limited amount of water while kneading the dough, make sure the dough is stiff.
  • You can use milk instead of water for the kneading process.
  • While frying, do not keep the flame too high, keep it on medium to ensure the sticks are properly cooked in and out.
  • Before you proceed further to crush the fried sticks, ensure they are cooled down.
  • You can add dry fruits or Meva to the mixture if you wish to enhance the taste. But mind the quantity, as you don’t want to dominate the actual taste.
  • Keep it in an air-tight container.

Do not be so rigid with the quantity of ingredients, and follow the steps. Make modifications if needed according to the guest count, and enjoy the process of preparing a sweet dish for your favourite Lord.
