Ganesh Chaturthi is a significant festival celebrated by Hindus every year. It is a major celebration in Maharashtra. Ganesh Chaturthi 2024 will be celebrated from September 7 – 15. The 10-day-long festival lights up the streets with bhajans, prayers and cultural events. In addition, devotees visit Ganpati pandals to offer their prayers for blessings from the divine and for mukh darshan. The Siddhivinayak Temple, located in Prabhadevi, Mumbai, is an iconic temple built in 1801. Millions of devotees visit the Siddhivinayak Ganpati idol every year. The Siddhivinayak Ganpati mukh darshan timings are from 4:00 AM to 4:45 AM, from 5:30 AM to 10:45 AM, from 1:30 PM to 7:20 PM and from 8:10 PM to 10:00 PM. On the first day of Ganeshotsav 2024, morning 'aarti' and prayers are being performed at the Shri Siddhivinayak Temple in Mumbai on Ganesh Chaturthi festival.
