Sha'ban or Shaban 2022: Start Date of Pre-Ramadan Month, Fasting Ritual And Significance Of The Eighth Islamic Month

ShaŹ»ban or Shaban will be observed from 3rd March and will end on 1st April. It is the eighth month of Islamā€™s Hijri or Islamic calendar and precedes the month of fasting i.e Ramadan. Muslims believe that if they begin increasing acts of worship in Shaban, they will enjoy the fruits of their efforts in the holy month of Ramadan.
