If the moon is spotted, the holy month of Ramadan will commence and the first roza or fast would be observed from tomorrow. Muslims in Afghanistan, China, Xinjiang, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan will be on the lookout for the crescent moon from Sunday evening.
