The United States of America is all brighten up to observe Thanksgiving 2018. Apart from the wide-range of celebrations, the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade is the spectacular one. Every year, millions of witnesses gather in the streets of New York City that turns colourful as giant balloons, floats, marching bands, performance groups, stars and the one and only Santa Claus graces the event. The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade will feature 16 giant character balloons, 43 novelty balloons, heritage balloons, balloonicles, balloonheads and trycaloons, 26 floats, 1,200 cheerleaders and dancers, above 1,000 clowns and 12 marching bands. Despite the freezing temperature which makes it the coldest Thanksgiving, the parade is expected to witness millions of visitors.

Macy’s Parade 2018 TV Channels & Live Streaming

NBC News morning show will broadcast the parade live which will begin at 9:00 am (EST). Besides, the channel will also show an encore presentation in the afternoon at 2:00 pm (EST). CBS will also air the parade with “Entertainment Tonight” and will feature, “portions of the 92nd Annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade live from New York City.” Apart from TV, you can also view the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade online at nbc.com/live and on the NBC app. Today.com further reported that Verizon’s YouTube channel would be streaming the 360-degree live stream of the parade.

As there are hardly a few hours left for the Macy’s Parade 2018, the spectators including older adults and infants are encouraged to dress warmly also to welcome the chilliest weather in more than a century.
