Shilpa is one of the fittest Bollywood actress and has been promoting yoga since a very long time. She even released a CD sharing tips and yoga asanas. In her Instagram post, Shilpa asks her fans to start slowly with Pranayama and shares the benefits of the asana. She also thanks Narendra Modi for inspiring the nation.

The 52-year-old former model is a true fitness inspiration and is fitter than most Bollywood actors. Milind shares a post of him doing suryanamaskar making a small contribution towards target of 100,000 of a fitness platform. Initiated with a proposition by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, June 21 was proclaimed International Yoga Day by the United Nation on December 11, 2014. June 21 is also the longest day of the year as it is the summer solstice. The longest day of the year symbolises light, clarity, strength and forces of wisdom for many philosophic streams.
