Juhu beach

The bandstand area in Bandra may be a casual hangout spot for many youngsters in the city, but on the day of Anant Chaturdashi, the face of the place changes drastically. A lot of Ganpati idols come here for visarjan and the usually cool, calm vibe is replaced with the dhols and music playing and people dancing on the way. A lot of household Ganpati idols are immersed here.
Dadar Chowpatty:
Dadar Chowpatty sees a lot of big, tall Ganpati idols being immersed too. It is another spot where a lot of crowd gathers to witness the Ganesh visarjan. Dadar becomes a centre point for many of the people in the city. So household, as well as public pandals, conduct the immersion on Dadar Chowpatty beach.
Gorai Jetty, Borivali
For the western part of Mumbai, this is again a famous spot for Ganpati visarjan. It is at the end of Borivali, a way that leads to Gorai. People from around the area come here for idol visarjan. There is an atmosphere of dance and joy as the immersion process is carried out. You can head here to enjoy a great view of the visarjan.
Powai Lake:
