Akshay Kumar's multi-starrer, Mission Mangal hit the screens on August 15, 2019, but the promotional strategy for the same was a rather lengthy affair. With so many actors coming together for numerous round of promotions and press conferences, it was a tedious job but a stylish affair at the same time. Vidya Balan, Sonakshi Sinha and Taapsee Pannu were at their fashion best throughout these weeks-long promotions and it was a delight to see them don different attires.

Vidya stuck to her usual six yards throughout the series of promotions with few minor changes in silhouettes here and there. The approach was more traditional and there was no modern element assigned to her styling sheet. Though her looks were pretty basic and quite ordinary, their end results were often charming.

Taapsee Pannu

Taapsee Pannu's structured drapes had a twist every time she decided to step out for Mission Mangal promotions. Her sarees resonated with Modern Indians and they looked refreshing. From using a denim jacket as a blouse to a pre-draped bandhej saree, we are in awe of her style file for Mission Mangal. Clearly, the attires were best from her wardrobe so far.

Sonakshi Sinha

Sonakshi had enough of six yards and she was in no mood to repeat something that Vidya and Taapsee were acing already. She prefered going formal with pantsuits that were a bit informal. From orange to black and white, the colours varied while the silhouettes were the same. She believed in resonating her styling with her on-screen avatar who's a bit modern and wants to pursue a career in NASA.

Vidya, Taapsee and Sonakshi were joined by Nithya Menen, Kirti Kulhari and Sharma Joshi in Mission Mangal that's expected to have a bumper opening. The movie is getting showered with praises and their performances are a major highlight of this space drama. The notion of having catfights with female co-stars was certainly a thing of the past as this particular lot mingled as well as sugar and water.
