Sonam Kapoor Looking Fashionable In PadMan Movie Promotions: Check Photos of the Style Diva

Actress Sonam Kapoor is among the top fashionistas in the Bollywood industry. The actress has been giving everyone style goals. A flowy gown, formal shirt or just pajamas, she can carry everything so gracefully. With her sister being a styling expert, Sonam makes for a perfect muse. And you can totally observe this in her PadMan promotion looks. The R Balki film starring Akshay Kumar, Radhika Apte, and Sonam Kapoor is one of the anticipated films of this year. The film will release on January 25 and the team has begun their promotional spree. Sonam Kapoor has been a head-turner in all her looks. The White and Gold Khadi Saree:

The first look of every promotional activity has to be an impressive one and with Sonam, it is rare to be unimpressive. For the first event on a singing competition finale, Sonam chose to go ethnic by wearing a saree from Hemang Agrawal’s label. She wore an off-white and gold saree which she even draped differently to make it look more appealing. She wore a metallic blouse from the same label. She paired good chunky silver jewellery to accessorize her look perfectly.

Printed flowy gown:

Sonam wore a printed flowy gown from Anamika Khanna’s collection and complemented it with traditional jewellery. She chose a two-tier necklace and a pair of matching earrings from Amrapali Jewels. The gown was flowy but tied around the waist which controlled the baggy look. Maxi dresses could be hard to pull off if they are too flowy but Sonam carried it well.

Going formal:

In one of the interview sessions, Sonam chose to sport formals- going by the very basic monochromatic combination of black and white. But this were no basic black pant and white shirt. The butterfly sleeves of her white shirt were attention seeking enough. Ditching the regular one, Sonam sported a shirt with butterfly sleeves along with black tapering pants. The sleeves gave a volume to her entire personality. She looked like she’s got the power and when it comes to fashion, we totally believe she does.

Asymmetrical experiment:

This particular look of Sonam will make you want to look twice. Being used to seeing the regular patterns, a striking asymmetry does look out of place. Sonam wore an oversized, asymmetrical shirt from Janashia and paired them with culottes from Comme Des Garcon. It definitely did not appeal to us,  it seemed like a crop top with extension from the side and the collar was overbearing. However, we cannot deny the lovely accessories Sonam chose. Keep it minimal yet attractive, she sported golden earrings and geometric hairpin. They definitely added to her glam quotient for the look. It shows how even accessories play an important role in completing the look of a person.

Comfortable pajamas:

Sonam Kapoor may be mastering the art of dressing up and putting her fashionable foot forward but her favourite thing to wear is pajamas. Recently on her Instagram, the actress shared few pictures in which she is all smiles and comfort wearing pajama suit. It is one of the custom designs made by Samyukta Nair. While we all might just get stares for wearing a night suit on occasions, only Sonam can confidently propagate it. Though we do not deny the comfortable feel offered by the loose pajama.

Every appearance of Sonam Kapoor has a style tip which you can adopt. It is very important to choose the right kind of jewellery to complete one’s look. She also puts a lot of details into her footwear. Sonam does not go loud on her make-up and her confidence to carry on anything with much élan is what works for the fashionista. On the work front, PadMan is all set for release on 26th January and her next film Veere Di Wedding will go on floors on June 1.
