Yea, that svelte figure of hers is worth ogling and her drastic transformation deserves a round of applause from all of us. And that's precisely the reason why we are disappointed with her new magazine cover. While stunners like Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone and Janhvi Kapoor are blowing our minds with their recent outings, Sonakshi falls prey to something that we'd like to tag as a 'lazy' job. Why else would they make her pose while leaning against a wall? Isn't that something that we all do while clicking our normal pictures? Dressed in a blue pantsuit with a beige bralette, Sona looks stunning in her casual meets formal avatar and we're totally rooting for her. Of course, neither the cover is extraordinary nor is her styling. The actress, in fact, is the only saving grace in this otherwise dull and boring photoshoot concept. While Cosmo was never known for its out-of-the-box ideas nor does it try and woo you with its innovative concepts, yet the least it could do is to keep it subtle and anything but boring. Yes, we have seen similar covers in the past but we want them to shed their inhibitions and think something out of their comfort zone. We sometimes wonder if taking efforts is a rocket science that's difficult to understand. If no why else would they hesitate to offer any change to their loyal readers and even the fashion admirers like us? For a magazine as big and as reputed as Cosmo, it's necessary that they try and pick ideas that will boost their sales and make celebs eager beaver to feature on their cover page. Well, we sincerely hope that the magazine vows to present us with only the best in the upcoming year. This should ideally be their new year resolution.
