Pooja Desai Wins Mrs India 2019! Check Out Gujarat Beauty Queen's Stunning Pics as She Becomes Mrs India Pride of Nation Winner

An Indian Beauty pageant, Mrs India Pride of Nation finale took place earlier this month and the results were announced on Tuesday. MIPON, a beauty pageant for married women that claims help Indian women showcase their beauty, strength and personality, finally has a winner and it is Pooja Desai from Gujarat. Braving strenuous auditions and training process, Saloni Bhakri from Maharashtra and Pooja Desai from Gujarat were crowned Mrs India – Pride of Nation 2019 in two different categories. And they were followed by Gunjan Goel and Prathima David as first runner-ups and Deepanjali Mundada and Manya Punyani as the second runner-ups. Here goes the zonal winners' list:

• Esther Bernard- the Face of South
• Shruti Singh- Face of North
• Hemlata Sharma- Face of West
• Alolika- Face of East.

"It looks easy but they actually grill you. During the competition, we had to report at 7.30 am in the morning. We were trained throughout the day and used to walk on the ramp till 2 am. It was difficult but a life-changing process," Pooja Desai told ANI.

Pooja Desai, is essentially a housewife and won the pageant after defeating over 4, 500 participants from across the country. After winning the crown, she said: "If a woman has aspiration, time management becomes easy for her. After the marriage, we often forget our identity because of our children and in-laws. It is pertinent to come out of it."
