Ananya has essayed the role of the other woman, Tapasya Singh in Pati, Patni Aur Woh. The film, a romantic comedy film directed by Mudassar Aziz is a remake of the 1978 film featuring Kartik Aaryan, Bhumi Pednekar and Ananya Panday in the lead roles with Rajesh Sharma and Aparshakti Khurrana in the supporting roles.
