The 'Shallow' songstress wore a short frilled Marc Jacobs 2019 Fall runway black and white striped dress that had perky layered ruffles for attending the pre-Met Gala party hosted by Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour. To add a royal touch to her ensemble, Gaga donned a black vertical fascinator that made her look like no less than a queen. Lady Gaga also flaunted a micro purse, too small to probably not even fit a phone in, but it complimented her look breathtakingly. The Born This Way singer wore see-through black tights underneath her dress. Her outfit resembles a lot with the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries ornate ruffs worn around the neck by wealthy folks. In terms of make-up, Gaga went quite reserved and stuck to a baby blue eyeshadow and a pale pink shade of lipstick.
