American model and actress Kate Upton has slammed Victoria's Secret for only featuring women with the same body type repeatedly in its fashion shows. Kate who has graced the cover of Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Issue thrice, said that there is a need for inclusivity. She has briefly worked with Victoria's Secret, which is known for its annual fashion show featuring top models and celebrities.
Kate Upton made the statement on the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, on Sunday night. She was asked: "What was your reaction to the rumours that Victoria's Secret may not have a fashion show this year." To which Kate replied saying, " We are sick of seeing the same body types, you have to be body inclusive now. Every woman needs to be represented or else it's just a snoozefest." Earlier this month, Australian model Shanina Shaik had revealed that the annual show will not be happening this year.
