The annual GQ Men of the Year Awards were held in the city last night and we must say, it was a night to remember. With celebs like Deepika Padukone, Sonakshi Sinha, Vicky Kaushal, Saif Ali Khan, Diana Penty, Bhumi Pednekar and Radhika Apte gracing the awards show, you wish the night would have never ended. However, the award show that's rated so high on the fashion meter was not as stylish as we expected it to be. Thanks to Esha Gupta, Saif Ali Khan, Nidhhi Agerwal, Vicky Kaushal and Isabelle Kaif for adding some touch of glamour to this otherwise fashionably sad night. We had some high hoped pinned on these stars and their fashion outings. Alas! They didn't match up to our expectations. Or probably they have set some high standards that are tough to beat every time. Vicky Kaushal
Thanks to the self-print blazer opted by Vicky Kaushal, he was able to stand out from the rest. Mr Kaushal looked dapper in his printed jacket with matching shirt and well-fitted trousers. The year definitely belongs to this Raazi star and we bet he's the new eye-candy in the town. His unconventional look and that macho personality is often responsible for making girls go weak in their knees.
Saif Ali Khan
The Nawab of Pataudi rarely fails to impress us with his royal swag. The actor who made a smashing web series debut with Sacred Games this year is always so spruce. Ditching his otherwise besuited look and opting for a semi-traditional attire instead, Saif managed to woo us with his styling for the night.
Isabelle Kaif
Isabelle Kaif looked smouldering in her Manish Malhotra golden embellished dress. This debutante who's all set to mark her Bollywood debut with Sooraj Pancholi's Time to Dance is taking every effort to put her best fashion foot forward. A Manish Malhotra loyalist, Isabelle's fashion choices are quite distinct than her sister Katrina Kaif. In fact, they are better than hers at times.
Nidhhi Agerwal
The chic white off-shoulder gown that Nidhhi picked for GQ Men of the Year Awards last night made her look like a Disney Princess. We are glad the actress decided to opt for something as unusual as white for her red carpet outing and not prefer the usual golds or blacks. Sometimes experimenting is indeed the key!
