Diwali is here! The festival of lights, positivity and happiness. It is a five-day festival and each day has important values. The festival starts with Dhanteras. On this day, people light diyas in their homes and shop for new things. Shopping is considered lucky and auspicious on this day. The second day is known as Choti Diwali is a major day for purchasing festive foods, particularly sweets. Laxmi Puja or main Diwali comes next and people exchange gifts. This is the peak of the festival. Families celebrate by lighting diyas, meeting family and relatives and eating sweets. Govardhan Puja and Bhai Duj follow with the same happiness and energy. Diwali 2019 Dinner Party Menu: From Appetising Starters to Mouth-Watering Dessets, Here's a Complete Menu for a Hearty Deepavali Night.
