Even after the film's release on January 10, the actress continued to attend events to promote the same. Unfortunately, the film failed to receive much love from the audiences and hasn't been performing too well at the box office. Recently, the actress was spotted at the Mumbai airport as she jetted off to an unknown destination. On the work front, Deepika's Chhapaak clashed with Ajay Devgn's Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior. The film faced stiff competition from the period drama which dominated the box office and even grossed over 100 crores. Deepika will next be seen in Kabir Khan's '83 with Ranveer Singh. The actress will be playing the role of Kapil Dev's wife in the film. This is the first film that Ranveer and Deepika will star in together ever since their wedding in 2018.
