Hairstylist Akki Shirakawa is the man behind Celine Dion’s ‘bowl cut’, while the man behind the lens is renowned photographer Mario Sorrenti. Dion who had recently turned heads at the Paris Fashion Week, is again giving major fashion goals.

Harper’s Bazaar September issue celebrates people who “have shifted perceptions by resisting the established, avoiding the accepted, and breaking every rule they can.” The 2019 'Icons' edition features 10 cultural forces who have "redefined any rules about their crafts," and includes Kate Moss, Shailene Woodley, Alicia Keys, Regina King, Awkwafina, Lakeith Stanfield, Christy Turlington, Alek Wek and Devon Aoki, reported Fox News.
