For some reason, ASOS has always been on the receiving end when it comes to criticising apparel prices for their worth. The online retailers are quite well-known for selling strange clothes at an exorbitant price. Right from selling 'bubble wrap' dress for £68 to receiving flak for their $23 crotchless and bottomless, harnessed cycling shorts, ASOS has done it all. However, recently, another dress sold by them has left people in disbelief for the way it looks and costs. So ASOS' Elissa Poppy Lacetex Slipdress, which was originally put online for £350, but is now in the sale for £210 has left people wondering if it is for real! People are comparing the dress with a bag of onion after one of the Twitter users who goes by the name Jay Sharif tweeted a collage of the dress and a bag sack of onion saying, " 350 for a dress that looks like onion bag sack allow that #dress #wtf #asos #onalevel #ripped." The 100% Natural latex dress suggests you apply "talcum powder for ease of dressing." Ya like you already wouldn't be broke enough after buying this dress that you might as well buy talcum powder now. Recently, an excessive cut-out harness, that would make anyone wonder its purpose had gone viral. It had a cut out at the crotch and rear as well, making it look like a pair of suspenders for the thighs. More precisely it looks like suspenders that desperately wanted to become cycling shorts but failing miserably at it. This is definitely not the first time for ASOS.
