Ariana Grande is knocking Forever 21 down when they’re probably at their lowest. The fashion brand was set to file for bankruptcy, and the Ariana has now sued them for $10 million for using a look-alike model for their new product. The lawsuit suggests Forever 21 has made false endorsements, trademark infringement and copyright infringement and a few other claims. Ariana Grande might have a problem with Forever 21 for all the focus on her. The brand has used her look-alike to promote their products. Ariana was offered to work with the brand and promote them on ever social media platforms. Forever 21 explained how it would benefit both parties, and it could make them both some handsome money. The negotiations took place in December 2018 and January 2019 but couldn’t make it an official deal. Forever 21 has since made over 30 posts with Ariana Grande’s photos and videos when the company does not own the rights to them. The last straw for Ariana’s lawyers was the photo of a look-alike model dressed as Ariana in the "7 rings" music video. Forever 21 still had some unauthorised posts left on their Instagram of the singer, until April 17, 2019. Ariana and her management are also suing Riley Rose, the beauty company started by the daughters of the owner of Forever 21.
