While greeting him at the White House, Trump was spotted on camera flicking off ‘dandruff’ from the suit of Macron. Wear light coloured clothes: This usually works when you are unsure when you could possibly land in a flaky situation. If you think about it, you will either find flakes of the hair or on clothing. Wearing dark coloured clothes like black, dandruff can be easily spotted by another person. To avoid the situation, wearing light coloured clothing like whites, beiges or baby pinks will help you hide your dandruff.
Wear a scarf or a hat: If you can pull off a hat or cap, of any style, at any situation or time, then this trick will work wonders. I for one cannot pull this off. Hence, girls you’ll can try covering your mane with a scarf. It does really help. You can make it look stylish by trying different styles and a bonus of hiding those irritating flakes.
Use a dry shampoo: Sprinkle dry shampoo over the areas where you see dandruff. If you don’t have dry shampoo, baby powder or corn starch can have the same effect. Use it sparingly as it can give your hair a white tone, especially if you have dark hair. The dry shampoo will make the flakes slippery enough to be combed through the hair easily. Rinse the comb with each pass to get rid of the dandruff and continue until you’ve brushed all the dandruff away.
Style your hair: If you have long hair and are not afraid to go short, cut it. There will be less hair for your dandruff to cling on to. If you don’t fancy this idea, then style you hair. Try hairstyles like sleek up do or a ponytail or even braid it. Choose a hairstyle without a partition.
Use a hair mask: It is recommended to use a hair mask at least once a week, especially for a dry scalp. Hair masks are specifically designed to help combat dry scalp. Composed of several oils, hair mask assists in the management of dandruff and dry, flaky scalp issues. Leave on the mask for at least 30 minutes or more.
