The global skincare market will touch a new high in the monetary graph to about 135 dollars in the next three years. The beauty companies have been targetting almost all parts of the body to market their products. Right from the face, neck, underarms, elbows to back, there is cleaning, whitening, brightening, scrubbing product for almost all parts of the body. And as if that wasn't enough, now there are beauty products available for our private parts like vagina, butt and breasts as well.
While having a healthy skin care regimen for our body is essential, do you think we really need so many products? Especially for our private areas, how were people doing before the advent of such products?
Vaginal care products:
First things first, our vaginas are blessed with a self-cleaning system which means there is no need for 'intimate' cleaning, douche, brightening creams and softening washes. While maintaining proper hygiene by changing undergarments and bathing daily and time-to-time washing with plain water is necessary, you don't need expensive products for cleaning it. Have vaginal whitening and brightening products that have flooded the market, making women more insecure about how their vaginas will look to their partners?
Butt skincare products: It is only recently that collagen masks and scrubs for a better looking, brighter butts have become popular, especially in places with a hotter climate where beach fashion is a thing. Products for getting rid of cellulite from the butt and have a plump, clear butt has become a rage these days.
Beauty products for breasts: Products like sheet masks that soaked with serum cellulose have become very popular to make the breast plumper and softer. Even products that make the underboob area glowing have captured the beauty industry.
While there are many companies making these kinds of products, we cannot deny that there is a demand for such products as well. This clearly shows that there are so many people unhappy with their bodies. Is this boom in the beauty industry for private parts making women more insecure about their bodies? Or is this in a way infusing confidence? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
