The picture compared Gutierrez’s pictures both before and after the surgery and even tagged her verified account. In the world where beauty queens are not comfortable with sharing the deets about going under the knife, all eyes were on Gutierrez's response. However, she readily replied to the post and praised his work. Her response read: "Thank you so much for your professional attention and excellent work. The best! See you soon!"
