Traffic constables misbehaving with women is not new. In April this year, a Haryana traffic police constable was arrested and placed under suspension for allegedly sexually harassing a national-level woman karate player in a shared auto-rickshaw in Rohtak, as per a PTI report. Few years back as well, two traffic policemen were suspended for misbehaving with a woman on the Dabur crossing in Ghaziabad.
