Woman Beaten, Sticks Inserted in Private Parts, Paraded Naked After She Informed Her Family of Being Gang-Raped in Kanpur
A similar shocking rape case was reported from Kanpur, where a four-year-old was allegedly raped by children between the age of six to ten years of age
Kanpur, July 3: In another shocking case of sexual harassment against women, a 35-year-old woman from Nishad community has accused four men of severely beating her up and making her walk naked after she informed her family that she was held captive and gang-raped by them in Hamirpur district. According to a Times of India report, the woman's family has filed an FIR on July 1. All the accused have been arrested and have been booked under relevant sections of the IPC.
According to the report, her husband had said that when his wife informed them about the horrendous crime, the accused attacked his wife again, brutalised her private parts with sticks and forced her to move around in the village naked. No one came to the rescue of the family. The family members have further informed the police that the four accused have been threatening the survivor's nephew, who was allegedly having an affair with a local for quite some time. On that fateful day, the accused had come to threaten the victim's nephew, and when the woman resisted, she was gang-raped.
A similar shocking rape case was reported from Kanpur, where a four-year-old was allegedly raped by children between the age of six to ten years of age in Maharajpur police station area on June 30. According to the latest update, a case has been registered under POCSO Act and the children have been detained. According to an ANI report, the police is suspecting that the children had watched pornographic content on their phone, as per ANI. The case is currently being probed.
