Three Injured in Mathura as Rail-bus Hits Car at Unmanned Railway Crossing

Mathura, May 19: Three people, including a woman, were injured today when a Mathura Junction-bound rail-bus hit a car at an unmanned railway crossing here.

The accident took place near Govind Nagar here. While two injured persons have been discharged, the woman is being treated at a hospital, a PRO of Nayati hospital said.

The driver of the rail-bus coming from Vrindavan has been arrested for negligence of duty, a Railway Protection Force official said. Meanwhile, an enquiry into the incident has been ordered, an official said.
