Mumbai, Sep 1: A brand new Rolls Royce Ghost rammed into a footpath in Mumbai's Juhu area. The Rolls Royce Ghost car was on its first drive in Mumbai when it crashed near Citizen Hotel Juhu. The ultra-luxury vehicle had a temporary registration number plate from Pondicherry when the accident took place. The Rolls Royce Ghost is worth Rs 7 crore.

Prima facie, it appears that the driver lost control and the Rolls Royce Ghost went onto the footpath. The vehicle then careened to the right going off the pavement. The bumper of the car was hugely damaged in the accident. The mishap drew a crowd that later helped the police to rescue the expensive car. A tow truck was also used to pull the Rolls Royce Ghost.

It was not clear whether the driver was booked for rash driving. No one was hurt in the incident. The identity of the owner the Rolls Royce Ghost involved in the accident.
