In Madhya Pradesh, the opinion poll has predicted that the Congress Assembly poll win may not hamper the BJP's presence in the state. It says that the BJP could win 20 seats in the state while the Congress may just get 9, a gain of seven seats since 2014. In Uttarakhand, the pre-poll survey says that the BJP is likely to win all five seats with the Congress remaining at zero.

Overall, the opinion poll conducted by Times Now-VMR predicts that the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) can win 279 seats, seven more than the halfway majority mark, this Lok Sabha Elections 2019. The survey has also predicted a significant improvement in the prospects of the Congress-led UPA. From 64 seats in 2014, the coalition is predicted to surge to 149 seats.
Voting for the first phase of Lok Sabha Elections 2019 is set to take place on April 11 in 91 constituencies of 20 states. Polling for Parliamentary Polls is set to take place in seven phases between April 11 and May 19. The counting of votes will take place on May 23. While all five seats in Uttarakhand will vote on April 11, polling in MP will be conducted in the fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh phase.
