In the 38-second video, an upset Patel is seen purportedly asking Hooda, former Chief Minister of Haryana, why the Congress is so weak in the state. "Where has the party gone?" Patel asks during the heated exchange of words. Hooda, who is in charge of Congress's election committee, is seen giving some explanation to Patel as Azad who is in-charge of Haryana, watches.
