Buxar, March 31: Union Minister Ashwini Kumar Choubey was caught on camera while misbehaving with a Sub District Magistrate (SDM) after the officer stopped his convoy for allegedly violating the model code of conduct (MCC). The video of the incident, which took place in Bihar's Buxar on Saturday night, went viral on social media. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader is the sitting Member of Parliament (MP) from the Buxar Lok Sabha seat.

In the video, visibly furious Ashwini Choubey sitting on the front seat of a vehicle. He reacts furiously when SDM KK Upadhyay stops his convoy and attempts to appraise the Union Minister about election commission's order. "What's the issue? Who's order is it? Send me to jail if you have to do something. This is my vehicle and you cannot seize it," says Choubey. "There was no permission for vehicles but it has been reported that there were many vehicles parked here at Zila Maidan. There were about 30-40 vehicles in the convoy and action will be taken over it," Upadhyay told news agency ANI. "His language is his concern. The case will be registered for every vehicle that was in the convoy," the SDM added.
