The rumours were triggered after his visit to Rahul Gandhi's residence in New Delhi. Dismissing all the allegations Balladeer said he, with his wife and son, visited Rahul Gandhi to discuss in detail about the grassroot campaign to speak about the Indian Constitution.

While addressing the media on Friday, he said that Constitution is undermined by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He also alleged that independent institutions such as the Supreme Court and Election Commission has been diminished and he wants to visit every village of India and spread awareness about the Constitution.

He also attacked Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) rule in Telangana and said Chief Minister Chandrashekar Rao failed all the promises he made to the people.

“He said that he’ll give land to Dalits, he didn’t; promised to build houses for poor, but didn’t; he promised employment in each household, but didn’t. He also made a political promise of making a Dalit the Chief Minister, but didn’t live up to it,” Gaddar said while speaking to media.

He also alleged that there is no progress in the state under the Chandrasekhar Rao government. He further added new feudalism has risen up in Telangana as there is no freedom of speech.
