Ahead of the Assembly elections in Telangana, CM KC Rao accused PM Narendra Modi stating that the later has a 'Hindu-Muslim disease'
Hyderabad, November 23: Telangana Chief Minister and TRS chief K. Chandrashekar Rao on Friday attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi stating that the later has a 'Hindu-Muslim disease'. The Telangana Rashtra Samithi chief made these comment after taking a jibe at BJP and Congress where he said that both are brothers who cannot be trusted.
It is to be known that ahead of the first Assembly elections in the state, the TRS supremo had promised to give 12 percent reservations to the Muslim people of the Telangana, but couldn’t fulfil it as the Centre never gave a green signal to it. The CM accused the BJP-led Central government of delaying the issue, even after writing several mails to PM Modi. Accusing the Premier of not responding back to the letter, CM KC Rao said that the PM Modi is obsessed with the debate surrounding the topics of Hindus and Muslims.
KCR said, as reported by Times Now, “I have written 30 letters and handed them over to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. But he has the 'Hindu-Muslim' disease.” Also, Rao was of the opinion that the PM Modi doesn’t have a heart to treat everyone equally.
He said, “He doesn't have the heart to treat everyone equally. The PM lacks compassion. We will form federal government and we will force the central government to bend before us and give us our rights.”
The Assembly elections in the state for 119 seats will take place on December 7 and the results will be declared on December 11, along with the fate of four other states.
