Lalu Prasad Yadav's elder son Tej Pratap Yadav, who is known for his love of flute and conch, will soon be seen showing his acting chops in a movie as the leading man. Tej Pratap, who got married recently to Aishwarya Rai, was also in news for reportedly going against his own party- The Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and had said that no one was listening to him in the party anymore. Now news of his acting in a movie has taken the people in Bihar by surprise.

Tej Pratap himself took to Twitter, to share the poster of his upcoming film. The title of the film is Rudra, and the poster shows Tej Pratap in new light:

Tej Pratap (29), who was a Cabinet Minister for Health in Government of Bihar, tweeted in Hindi saying, “Mera sochna hai ki mai Arjun ko Hastinapur ki Gaddi par Bithau aur khud Dwarka Chale Jau” (I am of the opinion that I should hand over politics to elder brother). Dismissing media reports, Tej Pratap said that his brother Tejashwi is very close to him and there is no rift between the Yadav brothers. Tej Pratap had also hinted that he would retire from active politics. It remains to be seen if Tej Pratap Yadav will be able to make a name for himself in the films. But the poster has definitely created a buzz in the political circles in Bihar.
