Mumbai, April 29: Hours after actor and BJP supporter Anupam Kher mocked Begusarai CPI candidate Kanhaiya Kumar for contesting Lok Sabha Elections 2019, he got lambasted by cine actress Swara Bhaskar who raised questions on BJP giving the ticket to Malegaon Blast accused Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur from Bhopal.

Lambasting the veteran actor for accusing Kumar as anti-national and belonging to 'Tukde Tukde' gang, Swara took to Twitter and wrote, "Sir are you speaking about BJP's candidate of Bhopal Pragya Singh Thakur! Rightly pointed out. Who never worked for country, who tried to break country with terrorist attacks..how can she be a representative of Bhopal!!! Jai Hind! It is to be known that Kanhaiya Kumar is contesting from Begusarai Lok Sabha seat on a CPI ticket while Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur is contesting from Bhopal on a BJP ticket. Begusarai is going to polls in the fourth phase today. The results would be declared on May 23.
