"Thank you Prime Minister. Thank you very much. I was waiting to see this day in my lifetime," Swaraj had tweeted today, soon after the resolutions to remove Article 370 and bifurcate Jammu and Kashmir were passed in Lok Sabha. Little did the country think that this would be her last tweet.

Swaraj's death comes as a huge shock to the entire political fraternity. She had chosen to not contest Lok Sabha Elections 2019 and had also urged PM Modi to not give her any ministry in his Cabinet citing her health.
