New Delhi, January 23: Prime Minister Narendra Modi Wednesday paid rich tributes to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose on the 122nd birth anniversary of the founder of Indian National Army (INA). The Prime Minister tweeted a message with a video and wrote that, "I bow to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose on his Jayanti." Prime Minister Narendra Modi on December 30, 2018 had renamed Ross Island as Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Island while two other islands of Andaman and Nicobar-Neil Island will now be known as Shaheed Dweep and Havelock Island as Swaraj Dweep. The announcement to rename these islands coincided with the 75th year of the freedom fighter Subhash Chandra Bose hoisting the national flag at Port Blair.
