New York, August 21: Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee (DSGMC) president Manjit Singh GK has claimed that he and his family were attacked in New York. While speaking to Television news channels on Tuesday, Singh accused the ISI of Pakistan of attacking him to "crush Indian voices".
Singh tweeted a video talking about the attack on him and his family and also marked External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj in his tweet. "A group of people attacked me & my relatives in New York. This will not scare me away from my path to serve the community. I have fought & I will fight till my last breath. Such cowardly incidents do not scare me," Singh tweeted.

Manjit Singh is also the president of Delhi unit of the Shiromani Akali Dal. According to a report in Tribune India, Singh also faced protests in New York by the Sikh Coordination Committee East Coast (USA).
