Sharad Pawar Meets Shiv Sena's Sanjay Raut at Lilavati Hospital as Deadline to Stake Claim for Govt Formation in Maharashtra Nears

Mumbai, November 12: Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut underwent angioplasty at the Lilavati Hospital on Monday evening, hours after he complained of chest pain. According to an ANI update, NCP Chief Sharad Pawar met Raut at the hospital today. Raut first underwent angiography where two blocks in the heart were detected. Angioplasty was carried out after that and his health is stable, his brother Sunil Raut said. Sanjay Raut Admitted to Lilavati Hospital After Complaining Chest Pain.

Governor Koshyari has asked NCP Chief Pawar to stake a claim for government formation with the requisite numbers by 8:30 pm today. According to party sources, the deadline is unlikely to be met, as the Congress is yet to clear the stand on whether it will support Shiv Sena.
