New Delhi, September 7: Congress President Rahul Gandhi is walking over 40,000 steps a day while on his Kailash Mansarovar Yatra. The Congress party has shared screenshots of Gandhi's Fitbit data received from his yatra. The data shows that Gandhi has walked 46,433 steps, burned 4,466 calories and climbed 203 floors in a day.
Congress supporters have also put out pictures and videos of Rahul Gandhi with pilgrims on Kailash Mansarovar Yatra. The visual proof has been put out amid trolls targeting Gandhi saying the claim of him being on the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra was "fake". In the fresh pictures and videos being circulated on the social media, Gandhi can be seen clad in jeans, t-shirt and jacket interacting with pilgrims and posing with them.

Union Minister Giriraj Singh questioned one of the photos, claiming it was a "photoshop" as it didn't have the "chhadi ki parchhai", the shadow of the walking stick that Gandhi is seen holding. To this, Congress social media coordinator Hasiba Amin tweeted asking the Minister to apply "basic science".
Gandhi was trolled by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) supporters after he tweeted out images of landscapes during his Kailash Mansarovar Yatra. BJP supporters trolled Gandhi saying the photos tweeted by him were lifted from Google and were not clicked by him. Many trolls also claimed that Gandhi was faking the yatra and was out holidaying somewhere else.
Rahul Gandhi left for the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra on August 31 with a wish that he had made. On Friday, Gandhi tweeted a video of an enchanting landscape and captioned it "Shiva is the universe".
